Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-focused innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce strategies
- Produce trend intelligence reports on disruptive technologies (Web4.0, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and supply chain resilience
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate exponential technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing)
- Present strategic futures briefings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising C-suite on 2026 workforce and market transformation
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures narratives
