Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify and analyze emerging trends across technology, markets, and societal shifts
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive teams to prepare for 2026+ market disruptions
- Produce high-impact research reports and visualizations on future industry landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight insights into product development roadmaps
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and stakeholders with data-driven storytelling
- Design and lead innovation sprints focused on long-term opportunity identification
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles with proven future-impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, system modeling)
- Experience working with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Track record of influencing organizational strategy through future-oriented insights
