Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or foresight roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)

- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives implemented within the last 5 years
