As a key member of our Innovation Division, you'll collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate future possibilities into actionable strategies. You'll analyze technological disruption vectors, conduct horizon scanning, and present compelling scenarios to C-suite executives and board members.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market trends with 2026+ relevance
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership teams
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering and product teams
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning documents
- Represent company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional presentation and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic modeling frameworks
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism domains
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
