Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across industries
- Design and facilitate workshops on foresight methodologies for global clients
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies and human adaptation
- Build and maintain a network of domain experts across AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
