Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact deliverables including white papers, executive briefs, and innovation portfolios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-generation methodologies
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies (quantum, bio-digital interfaces, climate tech)
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through keynotes and published research
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices) and trend analysis
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into commercialized solutions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling ability with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
