Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research teams to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Produce executive-level trend reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Establish quantitative models predicting adoption curves of emerging technologies
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford's d.school on horizon scanning methodologies
- Present findings at Davos-level summits and publish in leading futurist journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of delivering strategic foresight to C-suite executives
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist or technology journals
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with systems modeling tools (AnyLogic, Stella Architect, or similar)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with 100+ executive presentations delivered
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
