Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of implementing tech strategies with measurable ROI ($100M+ projects)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle or proprietary AI platforms
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, ethical, and economic factors influencing 2026 tech adoption
