Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care for seniors with complex medical needs
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobilityAdminister medications and monitor vital signs per care plans
- Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Implement specialized care plans for chronic conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years home health aide experience with senior clients
- Current Indiana HHA certification and CPR/First Aid
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
