Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance architecture for Project 2026 systems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the organization.
- Conduct architectural reviews and technical risk assessments to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, Neural Networks) into legacy infrastructures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and large-scale data processing (Spark, Kafka).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
