Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define AI roadmaps and technical requirements.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and inference cost in production environments.
- Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and automated retraining.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Deep Learning and NLP research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with data engineering, feature stores, and large-scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
