Responsibilities
- Perform clinical tasks including patient vital signs, ECGs, and phlebotomy
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision
- Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations
- Administer medications and immunizations under provider supervision
- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment
- Handle insurance verification and billing documentation
Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma in Clinical Healthcare Support or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' clinical experience in a UK healthcare setting
- Certification in phlebotomy and BLS/ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., EMIS, SystmOne)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Full eligibility to work in the UK
- Valid DBS check
