- Generate monthly financial reports and analyze key performance metrics
- Maintain accurate patient billing records in EHR systems
- Stay updated on CMS guidelines and payer policy changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and Medicare/Medicaid
- Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- Expertise in billing software (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth, or similar)
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for patient and payer interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field preferred
