- Resolve denials and appeals with strategic payer negotiations
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CPT, and ICD-10 regulations
- Train junior billers on advanced coding techniques
- Analyze billing data to identify revenue leakage points
- Collaborate with clinical teams for accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years medical billing experience in multi-specialty practice
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credentials
- Expertise in Epic EMR and NextGen billing platforms
- Proven success in reducing denial rates below 5%
- Advanced knowledge of Louisiana Medicaid/Medicare policies
- Data analysis experience with Power BI or Tableau
