- Optimize revenue cycle workflows through data-driven analysis and reporting
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and compliance protocols
- Mentor junior billing staff and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure charge capture integrity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with specialty practice focus
- Certification (CPC, COC, or CCS) required
- Expertise in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- Advanced knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payer policies
- Proficiency in Epic, Athenahealth, or NextGen EHR platforms
