- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards
- Train junior billers on advanced coding systems and regulatory updates
- Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve billing discrepancies proactively
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with Medicare/Medicaid commercial payers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS) credential required
- Expert proficiency in Epic, NextGen, or similar EHR billing modules
- Advanced knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding systems
