Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced critical care interventions in 24-bed cardiac ICU
- Mentor junior nurses through our clinical ladder program
- Implement and monitor patient-specific treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex cases
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Utilize Epic EHR for documentation and care coordination
- Respond to rapid response and code blue situations
Qualifications
- CA RN license (current and unrestricted)
- BSN or higher in Nursing
- 3+ years ICU experience with cardiac focus
- ACLS/BLS certifications (required)
- CCRN certification (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring
- Experience with vent management and IABP
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
