Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on organic growth and keyword dominance.
- Technical SEO: Conduct deep-dive technical audits to identify and resolve site architecture issues, improve site speed, and ensure mobile-friendliness.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content creators to develop keyword-rich, high-value content strategies that engage users and satisfy search intent.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing monthly reports on traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Link Building: Lead outreach efforts to acquire high-quality backlinks and build relationships with industry influencers.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEO analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices; proficiency in HTML/CSS and Google Search Console.
- Tools: Expert-level knowledge of SEO analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex SEO challenges.
