Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and fix technical issues, improve site speed, and ensure mobile-friendliness.
- Content Strategy: Partner with content teams to develop high-impact, keyword-rich content strategies that align with user intent and search algorithms.
- Link Building: Execute white-hat link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and drive referral traffic.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Keyword Research: Perform in-depth competitor analysis and keyword research to uncover high-value opportunities.
- Algorithm Updates: Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; strong understanding of schema markup and site architecture.
- Tools: Expert level in tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
