- Create data-driven forecasts for market evolution and consumer behavior shifts
- Produce actionable whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-ready innovations into product roadmaps
- Establish KPI frameworks for long-term strategic initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry publications
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional teams
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from AC/FS preferred)
