Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical feedback to foster team growth.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, ensuring system reliability and performance optimization.
- Contribute to the definition of technical strategy and best practices for the engineering department.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and RESTful APIs.
- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
