Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-availability systems that align with our 2026 product roadmap and long-term vision.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, code review, and continuous improvement.
- Cloud & DevOps: Lead the migration and optimization of legacy systems to modern cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure) ensuring zero-downtime deployments.
- Security Integration: Embed security best practices (DevSecOps) into the CI/CD pipeline to protect proprietary data and user privacy.
- System Performance: Conduct deep-dive performance tuning, load testing, and capacity planning to ensure system resilience under peak traffic.
- Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, presenting complex architectural concepts clearly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or related technical fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java and deep knowledge of distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with AWS or Azure infrastructure services and serverless computing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar professional certification preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-tiered application issues and optimize system performance.
