Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient calls using evidence-based triage protocols
- Collaborate with physicians to develop patient care plans

Qualifications
- BSN degree with 5+ years ER/urgent care experience
- Current Nebraska RN license (compact state preferred)
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proven expertise in telephone triage systems
- Demonstrated crisis management skills
- Experience with Epic EMR systems
