Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design for the 2026 World Cup fan engagement app and web platform.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to optimize ticketing and match-day experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive iterative improvements.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and event organizers to translate technical constraints into creative solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards for inclusive event access.
- Mentor junior designers and establish a cohesive design language across all 2026 digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the sports, entertainment, or high-tech sectors.
- Proven track record of designing scalable digital products for major events or high-traffic applications.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform compatibility.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and delivering designs under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to stakeholders effectively.
