Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Cloud, and Data Science.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the adoption and implementation of advanced AI solutions to enhance product capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Architectural Excellence: Design scalable, resilient system architectures that support our growth trajectory through 2026 and beyond.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in and resources for major initiatives.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and high performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Microservices architecture.
- Roadmap Experience: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams to deliver them.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executives and investors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
