Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for residents.
- Monitor and document changes in a client's physical or mental condition accurately.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required.
- Transport clients to medical appointments, social events, and recreational activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for all residents.
- Administer medications and reminders as directed by nursing staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, or Home Health Aide is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid (BLS) certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated work ethic.
