Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take vital signs and monitor resident health conditions
- Document observations and provide updates to nursing staff
- Assist with meal service and ensure proper nutrition
- Transport residents safely within the facility
- Maintain clean and sanitized resident environments
- Support residents with mobility and range-of-motion exercises
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be certified as a Nursing Assistant in Georgia (or willing to obtain)
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Compassionate nature with genuine desire to help others
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Valid driver's license (if transporting residents)
