Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across diverse clinical units with rotating shift flexibility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
- Mentor new nurses and contribute to clinical training programs
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (compact license preferred)
- BSN degree with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment skills in emergency, med-surg, or ICU settings
- Electronic Health Records (EHR) proficiency with Epic or similar systems
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility to work day, evening, night, or weekend shifts as needed
