Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Adhere to all JCAHO, OSHA, and facility-specific safety regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS or TNCC preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years acute care experience in relevant specialty
- Strong clinical assessment and emergency intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic experience preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
