Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare, label, and dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory control and order pharmaceutical supplies efficiently
- Process insurance claims and maintain patient records with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and medication counseling to patients
- Utilize pharmacy software for prescription processing and documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and all state/federal pharmacy regulations
Qualifications
- Active New York Pharmacy Technician license required
- 1+ years of retail or hospital pharmacy experience preferred
