Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge plans
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN required)
- Active RN license in Illinois or ability to obtain immediately
