Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse hospital settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and state regulations
- Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and workflows
- Participate in shift handovers and team meetings
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Flexibility with 12-hour shifts and rotating schedules
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to pass background/drug screenings
- Travel nursing experience preferred
