Responsibilities
- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
- Assist surgeons during procedures with provided specialized tools
- Maintain sterile field and equipment inventory
- Coordinate with anesthesia and nursing teams
- Document perioperative procedures accurately
- Train on new surgical technologies and equipment
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
- 2+ years OR experience with equipment handling
- BLS certification
- Knowledge of sterile processing protocols
- Ability to operate provided surgical equipment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
