Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields using advanced equipment
- Assist surgeons during procedures with precision and efficiency
- Operate and sterilize robotic surgical systems and endoscopic equipment
- Manage inventory of specialized surgical instruments and supplies
- Adhere to strict aseptic techniques and safety protocols

Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience
- Proficiency in laparoscopic and robotic equipment operation
- BLS certification with current CPR
- Ability to work in high-pressure emergency surgical settings
- Knowledge of advanced sterilization technologies (STERRAD, Plasma)
- Strong attention to detail and sterile processing expertise
