Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields with provided advanced surgical equipment
- Assist surgeons with robotic and laparoscopic instrumentation during procedures
- Operate provided electrocautery, endoscopic cameras, and powered surgical tools
- Manage inventory of provided specialty implants and disposable devices
- Adhere to strict sterilization protocols for provided instrumentation
- Coordinate with provided surgical equipment technicians for maintenance
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent credential
- 2+ years experience with provided advanced surgical equipment
- Proficiency in robotic systems (e.g., da Vinci) and provided laparoscopic tools
- Knowledge of provided sterile processing protocols for complex instruments
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to adapt to provided new technologies through training
