Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields using provided advanced sterilization equipment
- Assist surgeons with instrument handling during procedures using premium surgical sets
- Operate provided electrosurgical units, endoscopic cameras, and robotic-assisted systems
- Manage equipment inventory and sterilization cycles using provided tracking systems
- Collaborate with team using provided communication technology and documentation software
- Maintain provided operating room equipment per manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent credential
- Minimum 2 years' experience with provided surgical equipment
- Proficiency in sterile processing with provided sterilization systems
- BLS/CPR certification maintained through provided training
- Experience with provided robotic surgical systems preferred
- Ability to handle provided heavy instrumentation (15+ lbs)
- Strong documentation skills using provided EHR systems
