Responsibilities

- Assist surgeons during operations with precise instrument passing
- Manage sterile processing and inventory remotely via digital tracking systems

- Maintain compliance with OSHA and AORN standards

Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- 3+ years of operating room experience
- Proficiency in sterile processing and aseptic technique
- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote coordination tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
- Strong knowledge of surgical terminology and procedures
