Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile fields and surgical equipment for procedures
- Assist surgeons during operations with instrument passing and sterile supply management
- Maintain accurate surgical counts and documentation
- Coordinate remote inventory management via our digital platform
- Participate in virtual training and compliance meetings
- Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience preferred
- Ability to work on-site 3 days/week with remote flexibility
- Strong knowledge of sterile processing protocols
- Experience with electronic health records systems
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
