Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms with provided sterile equipment and instruments
- Assist surgeons during procedures using supplied specialized tools
- Maintain sterile fields per company-provided protocols
- Operate provided surgical equipment including endoscopic cameras and retractors
- Inventory and manage supplied sterile supplies
- Collaborate with team using company-provided communication systems
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
- Minimum 1 year OR experience with provided equipment
- BLS certification
- Proficiency with company-provided surgical technologies
- Ability to work with provided equipment in high-pressure environments
- Strong knowledge of sterile processing for supplied instruments
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
