Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons and nurses during operations by passing instruments and supplies.
- Count sponges, needles, and instruments to maintain sterile field accuracy.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the surgical team.
- Apply sterile dressings and prepare patients for transport.
- Ensure the operating room remains organized, clean, and safe.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Willingness to participate in a structured, paid training program.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Physical stamina required to stand for long periods and lift patients.
