Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Sustainability Strategy aligned with UN SDGs
- Lead net-zero transition initiatives across global operations
- Design circular supply chain frameworks for product lifecycle optimization
- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks and stakeholder engagement
- Drive innovation in renewable energy integration and waste reduction
- Partner with R&D to commercialize sustainable technologies
- Lead cross-functional sustainability task forces
- Monitor regulatory trends and ensure compliance with evolving environmental policies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in corporate sustainability roles
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing ESG strategies
- Strong knowledge of circular economy principles and carbon accounting
- Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Proficiency in sustainability analytics tools and data visualization
- Certification in sustainability management (e.g., GRI, LEED) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
