- Drive innovation sprints with engineering teams to prototype sustainable materials and processes
- Develop strategic partnerships with climate-tech startups and research institutions
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating AI-driven sustainability analytics
- Mentor junior sustainability specialists in emerging green tech methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Engineering
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 3+ years in innovation management
- Proven track record launching circular economy initiatives in tech/manufacturing
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Strong project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience with sustainability-focused AI and IoT technologies
- Deep knowledge of EU Green Deal and US Inflation Reduction Act policies
