Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in cardiac telemetry units
- Monitor EKG rhythms and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications and perform treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Document patient assessments and interventions
- Educate patients on cardiac conditions
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota or compact state
- 2+ years of telemetry/ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted)
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
