Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments, documenting changes immediately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses and care instructions.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Willingness and ability to travel to various facilities within the Anaheim region.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Nursing diploma, Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
