Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in emergency, ICU, or med-surg units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Adhere to hospital protocols and JCAHO standards
- Support new orientation and mentorship initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Michigan or compact state
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN considered with experience)
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Flexibility with 12-hour shifts
