Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in diverse clinical settings using provided advanced equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient conditions using diagnostic tools and electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
- Document care accurately in EMR systems with mobile workstations
- Educate patients and families on health management procedures
- Adhere to facility-specific safety and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and equipment
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts in various units
- Valid driver's license for housing relocation
