- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures
- Process and label specimens accurately

- Transport specimens to laboratory with proper chain-of-custody

- Provide patient education during blood draws
Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 months clinical experience
- Valid Nebraska phlebotomy license
- BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
