Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg units
- Adapt quickly to new protocols and electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with Joint Commission standards
- Provide patient education and support to families

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Flexibility to work 36-48 hours per week with customizable shift patterns
- Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic medical records
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
