Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical examinations and reviewing medical histories.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to critical changes in condition with immediate intervention.
- Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada (or compact state).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
