Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in ICU/Stepdown units
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and state regulations
- Participate in rapid response and code blue situations
- Precept new staff as assigned by facility leadership
Qualifications
- Active FL RN license (compact license accepted)
- 2+ years of ICU/Stepdown experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- EPIC EMR proficiency strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
